Outage notification will be sent through the IBM My Notification Tool. To register for notifications, please visit IBM's My Notifications page and register to receive notifications for the IBM Resilient Security Orchestration, Automation and Response Platform. You can do so at the following link: http://www.ibm.com/support/mynotifications.
If you are experiencing a system outage, please contact Customer Success at 617-206-3900 or 1-877-355-2031 and choose menu option #1, then menu option #1. The Customer Service Representative will ask for some basic information and will engage the on-call Success Engineer who will get back to you shortly.
